The spacious living room is about 1.5 meters above street level. So you experience as of the sitting area a beautiful view of the garden with terrace. Located on the west, making it possible to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The terrace has a garden set, two lounge chairs and is fully fenced. So you can enjoy sufficient privacy. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with flat-screen TV and foreign channel package.
The kitchen has a spacious dining area and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and fridge. There is also a high chair available.
In the basement are the bathroom, storage room and two bedrooms. Because this floor is partly underground, it is cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. The house is completely energy neutral.
The house has two bedrooms. Both rooms have two 1-person box spring beds (80x 200 and 90x210 cm). In one bedroom there is a TV with internet connection. There is also a clothes rack and (camping) cot.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist top.
Es war lediglich sehr kalt, nur 10 Grad bei Anreise, im Haus.
Da hätten wir uns gewünscht, das jemand die Heizung anstellt.

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus in einer tollen, zentralen und dennoch ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: zentrale ruhige Lage, neue vollständige Kücheneinrichtung.
Negativ: keine Garderobe, kein Klopapier und keine Seife. Sehr störend die Heizung, die sich Tag und Nacht ständig ein- und ausschaltet und den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigt!

Alles im ganzen sehr zufrieden.Nur Missverständnis mit Parkplatz-vor dem Einfahrt des gemieteten Hauses ,markierte Parkplatz gehört nicht zu dem Grundstück. Das parken musste woanders aufgesucht werden.

Das Häuschen ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Schön an heißen Tagen, dass die Schlafräume sich in einem Halb-Souterrain bei vollem Tageslicht liegen und es dadurch angenehm kühl ist. Die Straße ist wenig befahren und von der Bautätigkeit im Umfeld bekommt man in der Lage nichts mit.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön . Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Vor allem die Lage ist absolut zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr schnell eingelebt. Die Treppe ins Untergeschoss ist sehr steil und die Betten sind ziemlich weich . Das wären unsere Kritikpunkte.

Heeerlijk huisje, ook in de winter! Perfecte ligging waardoor alles op loopafstand is. Huisje voelt heel knus aan en is goed schoon. Komen zeker nog eens terug!
Het was een heerlijk huisje. De prijs zou wat ons betreft best wat lager kunnen. Dit geldt dan in zijn algemeenheid bij het huren van een huishe
Unser Häuschen war super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, drinnen wie auch draußen. Alles war super sauber und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war die tolle Infrarotkabine, welche pure Erholung nach langen Radtouren oder Spaziergängen geboten hat. Die Lage mit direkter Stadt- und Strandnähe war perfekt. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Haus ganz toll , auch die Einrichtung , Betten mit 80 cm für größere Leute etwas klein aber ok ! Sehr empfehlenswert , modern und zeitgemäß eingerichtet . Hat alles perfekt geklappt !
De uitlaat mogelijkheden voor de hond zijn zeer beperkt in de omgeving en in de zomer.
Huisje was royaal, fijne ruimte, mooi ingevuld en zeer schoon. Prettige details, alles was er. Origineel ontwerp met slaapkamers souterrain, het werkte prima, lekker fris 's avonds. Een paar minuten lopen naar strand en centrum, super!
Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan, man hat aber seine Ruhe und kommt sich auch in keiner Weise beobachtet vor. Zumal die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Schlafräume sind durch die Souterrain-Lage angenehm kühl und man kann im Haus auch gut querlüften. Top!

Het boeken bij Heerlijke Huisjes gaat eenvoudig. Het huisje zelf was heel fijn. Alles is aanwezig, van een gezellige woonkamer tot goede bedden en een fijne sauna.
In Zeeland is meer dan voldoende te doen/zien om je te vermaken. Ook kun je er lekker eten en drinken.

Echt een heerlijk huisje! Gloednieuw, mooi afgewerkt, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en op steenworp afstand van het centrum van Domburg, het strand en de plaatselijke supermark. Extra pluspunten zijn de badkamer met stortdouche, de sauna en de heerlijk liggende bedden. Kortom, wij hebben hier genoten van een heerlijke vakantie.
