The Mosel-Fachwerkhaus cannot insure against loss of rent and recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday home is characterized by cozy exposed framework, original building structure, floorboards, clay plastering, natural colors, wall heating in all rooms and a wood-burning stove on top. Other special features such as a free-standing bathtub and, last but not least, the cozy garden with a “green” terrace give the house its special touch. A selection of regional wines is also available in the house.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre,wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das kochen hat Spaß gemacht. Die übrigen Zimmer und die Badezimmer waren gut ausgestattet.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, quasi direkt an der Mosel, sehr ruhig, mit vielen Moeglichkeiten fuer Unternehmungen und netten Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten im fusslaeufigen Umfeld.
Besonders hervorheben moechte ich die Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Witzig, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt vorbereitet hatten.
Das Haus ist geeignet fuer Allergiker; meiner Tochter ging es ausgezeichnet (Tierhaar-, Hausstaub-, Daunen Allegie).
Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren naechsten Besuch!!

Einfach toll
Bei einem Glas Wein die Sonne hinter den Weinbergen untergehen sehen ist schon ein besonderes Erlebniss. Der kleine Ofen hat den ganzen Raum mit einer schönen Wärme geheizt, einfach nur himmlisch.
Ein wunderschön bepflanzter Garten und die ganz neue Enrichtung haben alles noch perfekter gemacht.
Es war auch wirklich alles da was wir brauchten. Vom Müllbeuten bis zu den Spühlmitteltabs. Alles für unser Kind vom Hochstuhl bis zum Babyreisebett.
Sicher kommt man auch mit Rollstuhl in der Wohnung sehr gut zurecht.
