The 1500 sqm fenced property features a fantastically beautiful pool, 10m x 5m in size, with an irregular shape and a marble look. A covered terrace offers you shade and coziness in the outdoor area.

Das Haus ist toll und der Pool einfach nur großartig! Wir waren mit zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden dort und haben wundervolle Tage verbracht. Die Hunde konnten sich im Garten frei bewegen und die Blumenpracht war einfach purer Genuss. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nette Gespräche und ein herzliches Willkommen! Gute Erklärung aller wichtigen Dinge im Haus. Der Hausmeister immer freundlich und regelmäßig. Wir haben sofort wieder gebucht um noch mehr von der Umgebung zu sehen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Lieben Dank für alles!!!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in "La Bastide" sehr genossen. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin - hat einfach gut getan. Im Schlafzimmer hat uns ein großer Korb mit frisch geschnittenem Lavendel überrascht. Der Blick dort vom Balkon aus - unvergleichlich schön!!! Da wir nur eine Woche Zeit hatten, haben wir die nähere Umgebung erkundet. Bei einem Ausflug entlang der Ardèche haben wir tolle Ausblicke genossen. Zwei Restaurants mit einem unglaublichen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis haben es uns besonders angetan: "vanille et chocolat" in St. Martin und "le bouchon" in Aiguèze (Entfernung ca. 4-5 km). St. Martin ist ein netter kleiner Ort, der einen flachen Zugang zur Ardèche bietet - ein Vergnügen auch für unsere Hunde! Aiguèze muss man gesehen haben - malerisch!!!

Als 4-köpfige Familie mit Hund haben wir den Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist wirklich komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Rest der Familie genoss den wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Pool, das Wetter und die hauseigenen Feigen.

Obwohl man seine Zeit problemlos komplett in dem Anwesen hätte verbringen können, haben wir noch jede Menge Ausflüge gemacht, waren beim Klettern, Wandern und bei Stadtbesichtigungen (sehr zu empfehlen ist Orange mit seinem tollen antiken Theater).

Auch in der Sommerhitze von Südfrankreich fand man an dem Haus zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen, dank der großzügigen Veranda und dem reich blühenden "Sonnenschutz".

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zweckmässig eingerichtetes Haus, alles vorhanden und sauber. Toller Pool und sehr guter Poolservice. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die bei der Anreise persönlich vor Ort ist und einem alles erklärt. Die Kinder haben vor allem den Pool sehr genossen, unsere drei grossen Hunde den ausbruchsicheren Garten. Können das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Tolles Ferienhaus mit toller Umgebung und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich rundherum wohlgefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal buchen. Es war perfekt!
