The LA FORANA HOUSE has been completely restored in 2015 with great taste and care for details and with just fine finishings. It is a small gem in the heart of CHIESSI, one of the most authentic seaside villages on Elba Island.
It is named after a large granite cliff in the area called LA FORANA.
The lodge is spread over two levels with a large living room with open kitchen of high standard: ILVE oven with 4 burners and long fish burner in the center; large fridge column, hidden in a cute wardrobe, dishwasher, antique marble sink, antique tiles, and so on.
There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The living room connects to the first, beautiful and spacious bathroom with large shower with crystal walls and big rain shower , as well as a basin sink made of an old olive trunk.
A comfortable staircase leads upstairs with a double bedroom, open to the rest of the house, and another beautiful bathroom with just a crystal shower cabin with rain shower. From the room you access the first floor terrace from which you enjoy the sea view. The terrace for its southern exposure, is especially suitable for sunbathing in low season, protected by the north winds.
The whole house is very bright with finishing touches: oak floors (no ceramic!), Antique wooden fixtures, air conditioning in all environments.
Beautiful also the covered outdoor open space, equipped with table and chairs and teak sunbeds.
The house is equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, air conditioning (cold and hot) and private parking.

The renter can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the lessee withdraws from the rental agreement without naming a new tenant, the following proportionate rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, if another rental is not possible:

- 45 days before arrival: 20% of the rent
- up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rent. The legal resignation and cancellation options remain unaffected.

If you arrive by train: the train station of PIOMBINO MARITTIMA is just opposite the pier. From Portoferraio there are regular buses every hour in the summer to Chiessi.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Sehr, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt!
Perfekt war die nahegelegene Bucht, dort haben wir jeden Abend den Tag bei wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen! Besonders nett hier auch die kleine Bar oberhalb der Bucht !
Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt jedem der abseits der Touristen Pfade (kein Bäcker, kein Supermarkt Fuß läufig zu erreichen) sich erholen möchte!

Traumhafte romantische Unterkunft
Wunderschönes Wohlfühlhaus
Kleiner Traum
Für die nahegelegenen Wanderwege benötigt man etwas Kondition. Hunde sollten auch im Training sein, da meist steinige Pfade. Sehenswert sind auch die kleinen Bergdörfer und die vielen schönen Natur-und Badestrände. Chiessi hat einen kleinen sauberen Kiesstrand mit Felsen. Es gibt eine Bar. Selbstversorgung ist in den kleinen Dorfläden im Nachbarort möglich, gut zu Fuß über einen Wanderweg erreichbar.
Wir haben hier unser Herz verloren und werden sicherlich wieder kommen!
