Bedrooms
On the first floor, which is accessible via two interior staircases, there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, tastefully furnished, beautiful furniture, wooden beamed ceilings, and terracotta floors. 1 baby cot is available on request.

Living room
Thanks to the many windows and glass doors, the entire living area on the ground floor is particularly bright and friendly, it is a spacious ambiance equipped with comfortable seating furniture. From all four sides of the ground floor, you can enter the two terraces and the garden through glass doors. SAT-TV is available. Internet connection (USB stick) available on request.

Kitchen
The spacious kitchen on the ground floor is super equipped, there is a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 5-burner gas stove, toaster, Moka, German coffee machine. In an extra room, there is 1 refrigerator, 1 freezer, and 1 washing machine. 1 baby high chair is available. From the kitchen, you can reach the dining area through an archway, here stands a large dining table with chairs, where you can take your meals, which will probably be quite rare, the terrace table outside is guaranteed to be the preferred dining spot for the whole family at any time of day.

There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor; all equipped with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.

Garden
There are 2 spacious terraces on 2 different sides of the house, on one side there is a large dining table with chairs and a built-in barbecue area for your barbecues on warm summer evenings, the view from here is like a picture book, overlooking the green gentle hills with Mediterranean vegetation and the small village of Campagnatico opposite. On the other terrace, there are comfortable seating furniture suitable for reflective hours with a good book and a glass of Prosecco, wonderful peace and a magical environment allow the holiday guest to fully enjoy their vacation. The property is reached via a paved road up to the automatic garden gate, covered parking spaces within the property are available.

Pool
The pool measures 12x6 m., with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2.20 m.,
surrounded by green meadows, with panoramic views in an all-day sunny position, it is a true highlight of this beautiful property.
Sun loungers and gazebo by the pool are available (no umbrellas); the pool is reached via a flower-bordered outdoor staircase just below the villa.
