Descrizione

La p'tite maison de la Bergère (the Shepherdesses little cottage), has been completely renovated to a high standard for 2016. The traditional Norman stone cottage stands in private enclosed grounds of 600 square metres. The garden is completely fenced for the safety of your children and dogs, there is a barbecue terrace, a lawned area for sunbathing and ample parking.

Downstairs is a large open plan living area with a modern fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room area with wood-burning stove, tv with European channels and comfortable seating. There is also bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and another with a bunk bed and a single bed. The windows have shutters to ensure privacy and a good night's sleep. On the second floor is another double bedroom with king sized bed and a cot for your baby if required. The house is equipped with electric heaters and is well insulated for all year round comfort.

The house has Wi-Fi throughout.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und der, komplett eingezäunte, Garten mit Hund perfekt.
Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge zum Strand, einkaufen oder anderen Aktivitäten.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und mit Übersetzungsapp kann man sich gut verständigen, da sie kein Deutsch oder Englisch spricht.
Lieben Dank für alles. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet und hat einen wirklich großen Garten, der komplett eingezäunt ist, was unseren Hund sehr gefreut hat. Eigentlich fehlt es im Haus an nichts, eine Garderobe für die Jacken im Erdgeschoss wäre noch schön. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und das Bad mit einer bodentiefen Dusche perfekt. Es gibt Schlafmöglichkeiten für 7 Personen davon ein Doppelstockbett. Parken direkt am Haus ist sehr praktisch, auch mit mehreren oder größeren Autos unkomplizierter möglich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, spricht aber nur französisch, was mit der Hilfe einer Übersetzngsapp aber gut zu händeln ist. Können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, der Garten eingezäunt. Catherine spricht nur französisch aber mit Händen und Füßen kamen wir gut zurecht. Sie ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Strand mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Bretagne und haben es sehr genossen. Nach der ersten Woche in der geschichtsträchtigen Region um Bayeux/Landungsstrände haben wir in St. Germain vor allem gechillt. Tolle Strände, viele Ausflugsziele, Entspannung pur. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz, ist praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, das Grundstück ist groß. St. Germain ist ein eher verschlafener Ort mit Schlachter und Mini-Markt. Einkaufen lässt sich im sechs Kilometer entfernten Lessay. Im nächsten Dorf La Gavarie gibt es gegenüber dem Parkplatz einen tollen kleinen Bäcker. Der Strand von St. Germain Plage (4,5 km entfernt) ist schön. Uns gefiel Créances Plage (7 km) auf der anderen Seite der Bucht noch besser. Catherine ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die allerdings nur Französisch spricht.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Normandie und wir sind begeistert. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man muss zum Einkaufen schon zum nächsten Ort (Lessay) fahren - war für uns aber okay. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und hat sehr gerne draußen auf der Wiese gelegen. Da das ganze Grundstück umzäunt ist, konnten wir unseren Hund ohne Probleme draußen liegen lassen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu sehen. Die Spaziergänge bei Ebbe haben wir alle sehr geliebt. Zu Beachten ist, dass viele Strände im Juli und August für Hunde gesperrt sind (wovon wir in Juni nicht betroffen waren). Alle Menschen, die wir getroffen haben, ob jung oder alt, waren sehr nett - obwohl wir nur mit einer Sprachapp (spreche kein Französisch) kommuniziert haben. Nur zu empfehlen!!!
