The prices shown here refer to the complete house and up to 14 people.
Towels and bed linen as well as final cleaning are included in the price.
If you are fewer people, you are welcome to send us a price request for the number of people.

Welcome to the Landhaus Alpenpanorama above the Wutach Gorge. Enjoy your holiday in our 2022 lovingly and generously renovated Black Forest country house, furnished in a comfortable and cozy ambience with lots of wood but also all modern comfort and luxury and a wonderful view of the Upper Black Forest, the Alps and the Wutach Gorge, which is known as the Gran Canyon of the High Black Forest is called.

Are you a big family of up to 14 people? Then our spacious country house is ideal for a relaxing family holiday, as it offers enough space and privacy for everyone on 3 floors.

A special feature of our house are the 2 well-equipped kitchens on 2 different floors, which round off a comfortable living together.

On each of our 3 floors there is a spacious, daylight-flooded bathroom with toilet, bathtub and separate shower. The bathroom on the ground floor (NEW 2022) has a floor-level shower, but no bathtub.

The house has a total of 4 spacious bedrooms for 10 people, plus a large 50 square meter sleeping/living area for 4 people on the ground floor, with its own TV, comfortable coach, tiled stove and a traditional dining table with seating for 4 people.
Adjacent is the first fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer combination, ceramic hob and oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, kitchen scales, egg cooker, plates, cutlery, cutting knife, etc. and a private bathroom.

Another bright and spacious living/dining area with approx. 35 square meters in a stylish ambience is located on the 2nd floor and offers space for meals together at a beautiful wooden table for 10 people, cozy hours on the coach or in front of the TV.
Of course, a writing desk and chair should not be missing these days. You can do your job and enjoy a wonderful view of the Upper Black Forest.
Adjacent to the living/dining area is the second fully equipped open kitchen (new April 2022) with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer combination, ceramic hob and oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, kitchen scales, egg cooker, plates, cutlery, cutting knife, Etc.

The 4 bedrooms are spread over 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor).

The well-being of our guests is important to us, the beds are equipped with new high-quality mattresses and slatted frames, the pillows and duvets (155x220) are suitable for allergy sufferers.

2 spacious bedrooms are on the 2nd floor:
One of the bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable wooden carved double bed 160 x 200cm, reading lights by the bed, wardrobe, armchair and blackout blind. (sleeps 2 people)
The second bedroom has 2 double beds a 140x200, wardrobe, sofa and blackout blinds. (Sleeps 4 people).
Adjacent is a spacious, daylight-flooded bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, separate shower, sink, vanity unit, large shelf and hair dryer, located next to the bedrooms.

2 more bedrooms are on the 1st floor:
One of the bedrooms has a comfortable wooden double bed 180 x 200 cm, wardrobe and blackout blind. (sleeps 2 people)
The second bedroom has a single bed 80x200, extendable folding bed, clothes rail and blackout blinds. (Sleeping possibility for 2 people).
Adjacent is a spacious, daylight-flooded bathroom with toilet, bidet, bathtub, separate shower, washbasin.

All rooms are equipped with blackout blinds/sunshades, except the kitchen.
The whole apartment is designed with a wooden floor except kitchen and bathroom and entrance area.

Provision are also made for bad weather: books, a collection of games, Netflix, there are also toys for the little ones.

Free WiFi, satellite TV, NETFLIX.

The outdoor area has a seating area where you can enjoy the wonderful view over the Wutach Gorge and just let your soul dangle.

Parking is available at the house, as well as 2 garages.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, the house should not be entered with street shoes.
Pets are not allowed.
Our house is an absolute non-smoking house.

The tourist tax is paid on the day of your arrival and is not included in the final price.
It is EUR 1.70 per adult and night.
Children up to the age of 16 pay 1.00 Euro per night.
Children under 6 years old.
In the case of a 100% disability, the guest is exempt from the visitor's tax and if an accompanying person is documented in his or her ID, this is also exempt (please copy the severely handicapped ID). With a disability of 70 to 99%, the reduction is 20%.
