The 450-year-old house is located just outside the small town of Lagorce in the Ardèche, Rhône-Alpes region.
It has been carefully renovated with great attention to detail, expanded, and lovingly furnished. A place to be and enjoy.
The holiday home is 130m2 in size. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m.
It has two bathrooms, one with a shower/WC, and the other with a bath/WC.
There is a room with four sleeping options, a double bed 140 cm wide and a bunk bed, and on the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm and on the mezzanine, there is a sofa bed 160 cm wide.
