This well-kept and well-appointed holiday home with swimming pool, stand-up hot tub and sauna is located in a popular holiday home area on the scenic island of Als close to the Danish-German border and approx. 200 m from the sea and bathing beach. The area with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna invites to fun and well-being for the whole family all year round. Swimming pool is heated with energy-saving air-water heat pump. The living room can also be heated with an energy-saving lye-air heat pump that can also be used as air conditioning on a hot summer day. The large living room with living room and kitchen in one forms the perfect setting for spending time with family and friends around the clock. There is also a large selection of TV programs as well as free wireless internet. On the large terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or have fun around the grill in the evening.
