Politica di cancellazione
With the acceptance of the contract by transfer of deposit, the booking becomes binding with the following cancellation and rental conditions:
If the Tenant cancels the booking up to 45 days before the start of the journey, 15% of the rental price shall be payable. In the event of cancellation up to 31 days before the start of the journey, 30 %, up to 21 days 60 % and thereafter 90 % of the rental price shall be payable, provided that there is no substitute tenant for the booked period.
The Tenant binds oneself to use the holiday home only with the persons named in the travel registration.
The Tenant is obliged to notify the Owner of any objects that have been damaged or destroyed by him/her during the rental period, to provide for equivalent replacement or to pay the Owner reasonable compensation for any damage that has occurred. The Tenant shall be solely liable for claims of the Owner against the Tenant, irrespective of the number of persons travelling with him.
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from rental agreements is Kiel.

Ostseestrand in Dänisch Nienhof 2 km entfernt.
Schöner Strand auch in Strande mit dem besten Fischbrötchen Stand! Surendorf ebenfalls empfehlenswert.
Sehenswert Laboe mit UBoot und Museum, Nord Ostsee Kanal, alle Fähren kostenlos.
Wir haben die Fahrräder vom Ferienhaus kostenlos nutzen können. Für kurze Strecken völlig ausreichend. Luft aufgepumt und los ging es.
Steilküste Stohl zum wandern super!
Jeden Tag hatten wir Rehe und Schaufler am Haus.
Diese Ruhe!!!!!
Wir haben uns bestens erholt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderbarer tiefenentspannter Urlaub
Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt ,der kann mit sich selbst nichts anfangen. Fahre nächstes Jahr wieder hin.
Schöner Urlaub mitten in der Natur
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Ostsee. Hier kann man einen Strandtag verbringen oder auch an der Steilküste entlang wandern.
Erholung pur,inmitten der Natur, bei netten Vermietern!
Der Kamin hat an kalten Abenden für ein wunderbares Ambiente gesorgt. Der Vermieter hat stets für Holzvorrat gesorgt. Generell sehr nette, zurückhaltende Vermieter, bei denen man auch mal Curry borgen kann ,-)
Es fehlt nichts!!! der Garten ist riesig!!Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Das Haus liegt sehr abseits, was wir sehr schätzen. Man muß mit Rad oder Auto zum Strand oder zum Einkauf. Wir sind vom Haus aus gejoggt oder an den nahgelegenden Strand gefahren.
