Descrizione

Holiday home located in the first row with direct access to the good bathing beach at Dyngby Strand. The cottage is located high, which gives a fantastic panoramic view of Aarhus Bay. The living room has a large panoramic window, so you can enjoy the good view from here. There are good bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with access from one of the bedrooms. The house is practically furnished and the fully equipped kitchen makes the holiday even better. There are two good terraces as well as a covered terrace from which there is also a view of the sea. The large plot is closed with a high hedge, which allows you to stay undisturbed on the plot, and at the same time the large lawn invites to sunbathing, ball games and other fun activities. The house has one of the area's best locations and almost private beach, which only the owners of the nearby cottages use. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
