On basement there are one bedroom with double bed with own bathroom, dining room with a big wooden table for 10 persons . There is a small kitchen, sauna, wardrobe with little gym and 1 sofa, loundry .Outside is BBQ, big dining table under grape shade, beach chairs near pool. which is situated in the middle of the house.
You can walk to the top of the hill where the town of Veprinac is located with a church and a view of Kvarner. Jogging enthusiasts have beautiful paths through the forest. Mountaineering enthusiasts can climb to the top of the Ucka mountain, which is a National Park. In the evening you can enjoy in restaurants in Opatija, Volosko and Matulji.
