If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit made for this reservation would be used for the new reservation.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus
Alles war genauso,wie es die Bilder zeigen,einfach toll.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Küche war vollständig ausgestattet,sogar Waschmaschine und Haartrockner waren vorhanden,aber unser absolutes Highlight war der Pool,der in natura noch größer ist,wie er auf den Bildern wirkt.
Die ganze Unterkunft ist eingezäunt und wirklich ruhig gelegen.Mit dem Auto ist man aber Ruck zuck in Rabac oder Labin und alle Geschäfte sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen.
Wir empfehlen dieses tolle Ferienhaus wirklich gerne weiter und bedanken uns bei Deniz für den netten Empfang und die Verabschiedung.LG

Toller Aufenthalt in der Mini Villa
Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird.
Das Grundstück ist sicher umzäunt, unser Labrador konnte sich uneingeschränkt frei bewegen. Der Pool im Garten ist mein Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Denis, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr sympathischer und sehr vertrauenswürdiger Mann!! Klasse Person!
Labin bzw. Rabac sind ist in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dort findet man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kann diverse Aktivitäten planen.
Leider haben wir im näheren Umfeld kaum passende Badebuchten mit Hund finden können. Und diese waren schon am frühen Morgen gut besucht.
Die Mini Villa kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen! Danke
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht
Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren, der Pool ist super ( unser Highlight) und das Ferienhaus sehr schön :) das Grundstück ist top eingezäunt und wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. :))
Der Vermieter Denis ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, wir hätten jederzeit anrufen können bei Fragen oder Problemen, diese hatten wir aber gar nicht.
Die umliegenden Nachbarn sind nett und freundlich auch zu unseren Hunden :)
Die Stadt Labin ist mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt dort kann man super einkaufen oder in der schönen Altstadt essen gehen.
Pizzeria Napoli ist dabei sehr zu empfehlen ;)
LG Anja und hoffentlich kommen wir bald wieder in den Genuss in diesem Ferienhaus unsren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.
Top Urlaub mit Hund in ruhiger Lage
Wunderbar
Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Hund perfekt. Leider war das Wetter nicht mehr warm genug, um den ungeheizten Pool nutzen zu können.
Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, der Weg zur Stadt mit dem Auto gut machbar.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an Denis lag, der sich sehr bemüht hat.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Haus liegt in einer abgelegenen Siedlung und ist nur über schmale Straßen zu erreichen. Dafür hat man am Pool Aussicht über das Tal. Es gibt in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Frische Brötchen hätten mindestens 30 Minuten Fahrt für eine Strecke bedeutet.

Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und kümmert sich sofort wenn man ihn anruft.
