In the living room, you can relax in one of the comfortable armchairs in front of the TV after a day in beautiful Walcheren. Right next to the living room, you'll find the open kitchen and dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. Of course, there is plenty of crockery and cutlery available. At the dining table, you can enjoy your self-prepared breakfast for 2 people.
The holiday home has a bedroom equipped with a double bed. Both in the bedroom and in the living room, you will find air conditioning that both heats and cools! Bed linen and towels can be booked for €25 per person. They will, of course, be prepared for you upon arrival.
The garden of this holiday home is an absolute highlight! At the front, there is the first terrace where you can enjoy the sun amidst the greenery. A path along the garage leads into the garden.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not successful to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must, without any liability on the part of the landlord, refund all amounts paid by the tenant.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administration costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. The landlord will, upon receipt of a cancellation from the tenant, create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
