Descrizione

This completely unique cottage is located high and lonely located above Svaneke town on the northeastern tip of Bornholm. There are 180 degree panoramic views of the Baltic Sea and Svaneke town's towers and spiers. The house has three good rooms, one with a bunk bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen / living room has no less than two cozy living rooms and a large dining area for the whole family. The room is like a painting and one's heartbeat slows down as soon as one enters the house. The house has two huge terraces that are partially covered. One faces west and the other east, both terraces are equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The house will be completed in 2021 and recycling of materials from the former agricultural length gives both the house a rustic and cozy atmosphere. In the neighboring field you will find the famous archeological field Sorte Muld, which is known for its very fine gold finds. Note that owner lives on the plot. From the house there are only two kilometers to the cozy and lively town of Svaneke, where you can both swim from the rocks, or stay at Hullahavn's small beach, which is extremely child - friendly. Not for rent to youth groups.
