The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following conditions:
a. The cancellation must be communicated to the landlord in writing by registered mail.
b. If the cancellation occurs after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 25% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation within one month to one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the net rent will be charged. For a cancellation less than one week before the start of the rental period, the entire net rent will be charged.
c. Upon receiving the tenant's cancellation, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. Any money already paid will be offset according to the cancellation rules, and any excess money paid will be refunded to the tenant to the bank account provided to the landlord.
d. If the tenant finds a new tenant who enters into the rental agreement in his place under the same conditions, the landlord will accept this and the tenant will not have to pay any cancellation fees.

Lust auf Meer in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus
wir durften in ihrem perfekt ausgestatteten, in toller Lage liegenden, Ferienhaus 16 wunderschöne Tage verbringen. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt. Danke auch für den freundlichen, netten und verständnisvollen Kontakt mit Frau Turin.
Dafür kann es nur 5 Sterne geben.

Alles wat je nodig hebt
Zelfs een paar fietsen in de schuur!
Het ligt op de meest prachtige plek van het park, aan de rand van het bos. Je bent zo wandelend of fietsend op het strand. Uurtje lopen en je bent in Domburg, prachtige fietstochten door de duinen en ook Middelburg is zeer zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
Kortom, wij komen zeker een keer terug.
Was soll man mehr sagen, als fünf Punkte zu vergeben?
Sollten wir noch einmal in Oostkapelle Urlaub machen, würden wir hier gerne wieder wohnen wollen.
Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage
Ein gut eingerichtetes, sauberes Häuschen mit netten Vermietern
Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub braucht.
Selbst zwei Fahrräder waren im Schuppen und standen uns zur Verfügung - auf die man auch wirklich angewiesen ist, da die Entfernungen, gerade mit kleinem Kind, nicht gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen sind (ca. 1 km bis zum Strand und 2,5 km bis zum Ort). Man sollte für die Kinder allerdings Fahrradsitze mitbringen.
Die Vermieter, insbes. Frau Turin, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Ideal zum Erholen für Mensch und Hund
Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen, so dass man sich auch im Garten sehr gut erholen und den Tag beginnen und ausklingen lassen kann.
Für uns als Hundebesitzer ist auch genial, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist.
Ruhig und trotzdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Inseltouren oder Strandspaziergänge.
Wir haben die Zeit in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
