Meersburg is only 1,9 km away from our House. It is surrounded from Grapetrees an beautiful nature. The Lake is only 900 meters away. In walking distance is a Bakery, Butcher, Hairdresser and a Bottlestore.
The Bus is only 3 Minutes away and takes you around the Lake. For the little ones is in walking distance a childrens playground.
The villa is also for handicaped people.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Stetten alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Genügend Schlafzimmer, auch in Parterre ein Zimmer für meine 88 jährige Mutter mit Toilette und Bad war vorteilhaft. Großer Gemeinschaftsraum und sehr schöne Terrasse. Alles sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert. Selten hatten wir so ein schönes Ferienhaus. Ebenso die Nähe zum Bodensee und auch Meersburg ein sehr schöner Ort. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub, für jeden was dabei.

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus hat sehr viel zu bieten. Super Lage und in 20 Minuten ist man mit der Fähre in Konstanz. Toller Blick auf den See. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Guten Gewissens können wir das schöne Haus weiterempfehlen. Es hat alles zu bieten was für einen Urlaub wichtig ist. Gute Lage, sehr hochwertige und schöne Einrichtung und Gemütlichkeit. Hilfreich waren die zwei Fernsehgeräte, so dass wir es uns auch im Schlafzimmer vor dem Fernseher gemütlich machen konnten. Vor allem der Blick war herrlich. Es ist auch alles mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Mit unseren Fahrrädern konnten wir am Morgen gleich vom Haus aus losfahren und waren gleich auf dem Fahrradweg Richtung See unterwegs. Es war ein rundum gelungener und schöner Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub dieses Mal auf die Nachsaison verlegt und haben es nicht bereut. Diese Bodensee Region hat auch im Winter noch sehr viel zu bieten. Wir waren begeistert von der Schönheit der Natur. Die schöne Stadt Konstanz ist ja mit der Fähre in nur 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso haben wir das Wohnen in dem so wunderschönen Haus genossen. Der Blick auf den See war traumhaft. Wir können den Bodensee und ihre Immobilie wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns, das wir durch Traum-Ferienwohnungen auf ihr schönes Haus gestoßen sind. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
