Our brand new holiday home in one of the most popular residential areas of Sautens offers you plenty of space on 2 floors for up to 8 people with fantastic mountain views and all comforts.
A total of 4 bedrooms with SAT TV (3 with balcony), a very modern, fully equipped and cosy kitchen with spacious dining area, 3 luxurious bathrooms (1x with shower, bathroom and WC and 2x with shower and WC), 1 living room with large flat-screen TV on the ground floor, a wellness area with infrared cabin for 5 people and a terrace sunbathing lawn and wonderful mountain view. All of this will make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is also a spacious double garage with ski room and ski boot dryer available. Table tennis, outdoor games and sphere grill.
Perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday with multiple friends or the entire family with children and grandparents.
From October to November you can also book our house for two people. Price upon request

Unfortunately all of the construction in the newly built residential area is complete around our property. But we don't think this will affect you much - there's plenty to do during the day day in and around Sautens.
Come arrivare
From Germany: A7 to Kempten-Füssen-Fernpass-Imst-A12, or B171 to the Ötztal exit toward Ötz for about 2 km to the Sautens exit, OR A8 to Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-A12 to the Ötztal exit. From Switzerland and France: Zurich-St. Gallen-Bregenz-Feldkirch-Arlberg-St. Anton, A12 or B171 to Ötztal-B186 about 2 km to the Sautens exit.
Further toward Dorfstrasse, about 2 km past the Bus turn-around then the town hall, continue with the Köll furnishings store on the right side.
The next larger property is the Pension Edelweiss on the right side. Past the Fernblick guest house, continue about 400 m along the street and turn right just before the village exit sign, then turn left at the crossing, 50 m straight on and turn left toward Tschirgantweg. 100 me straight on and then right into Unterreitle 3. You have reached your destination.
Train:
The Ötztal train station on the west railway line: about 5 km from Oetz. Regular bus connections to Oetz.
Train connections from Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, Zürich, Munich;
Direct buses to Sautens three times a day from the Innsbruck bus station.
By plane:
Airports Munich, Zurich, Innsbruck - connection to the railway network to the Ötztal train station, bus connections from there;
Innsbruck, about 50 km

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir, zwei Familien , haben im Januar eine wunderschöne Woche in ihrem Haus verbracht .
Es ist an alles gedacht, die Räume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts
gefehlt .
Vor allem die Sauna wurde viel benutzt .
Umgebung und Lage bieten viel Abwechslung zu langen Spaziergängen .

Wir sind als Familie mit den Großeltern verreist und haben uns alle von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen und Wünschen ward ihr sofort zur Stelle und wir hatten nie das Gefühl "Fremde" zu sein.
Euer Sennerhäusl ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, zudem hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Auch unser schöner gemeinsamer gemütlicher Abend wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Wunderschöner Urlaub für Alt und Jung
Die Ausstattung vom Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Für die Kids war das Spielehaus und Spielzimmer perfekt, so konnten wir Grossen auch eine ruhige Zeit genießen, mit traumhafte Ausblick auf die schöne Bergwelt.
Wir als Familie mit Kinder und Hund können das Sennerhäusl nur empfehlen und die Region ist auch top!!!
