Descrizione

In Helligsø Drag, close to the Limfjord, only about 225 meters from the water, this holiday home is located on a 3460 m2 enclosed natural plot with trees. There is a wealth of wildlife on this large plot. There is a swing, sandpit and other play equipment as well as space to climb trees and play hide and seek. There are many lovely places to sit outdoors with both sun and shelter on the secluded terrace. Dogs are welcome in the cottage. The house is decorated with wooden walls and ceilings. From the dining room/living room there is direct access to the covered/open terrace. The living room is decorated with furniture of good Danish quality. TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. Good dining area for all vacationers. Bright kitchen area with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and new dishwasher. Two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. There is also a double bed on a sofa bed in the living room. The house is located in the southern part of the Limfjord, with the nearest shop in Hvidbjerg, but also driving distance to Hurup and Struer. Not available for youth groups and craftsmen. The house is a non-smoking house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
