The 28 square meter outdoor swimming pool with small spa pool is surrounded with beach area equipped with outdoor chaise lounges. Swing set for children is situated near the terrace and pool.
An air-conditioned open plan living room with dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle. 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds are on the first floor.

Jelena ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber & mit vielen Details ausgestattet, die für Ferienhäuser nicht üblich sind. Wir sagen vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub!
Schönes und gemütliches Haus für ganze Familie
Jelena war eine super Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts Super, z.B. auf unsere nachfrage vor der Anreise ob es möglich wäre ein Kleinbackoffen zu besorgen z.B. zum Brötchen aufbacken hat sie es organisiert. Und zu Begrüßung gab es einen Präsentkorb. Nun zum Haus, ein schönes gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Haus. Komplett Klimatisiert , in jedem Schlafzimmer eigenes Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man so im Alltag braucht. Schöne Außenanlage mit Terrasse und Außenpool der mehrmals gereinigt wurde, immer morgens. Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt`s auch 10-15min. entfernt Lidl usw. Bis Porec & Strand sind es ca. 20 min. Autofahrt. Eine TOP Empfehlung .
