The house has been newly furnished in a vintage style and equipped with every comfort. In the seating area, you have a cozy fireplace. The house offers you free Wi-Fi and digital TV with many German channels. Behind the sliding door is the large garden with a terrace and a large lawn where the children can play wonderfully. Of course, there is a grill.
The new, open kitchen (2021), next to the seating area for 6 people, is generously equipped, including an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, and a microwave. In the spacious utility room, there is a washing machine among other things.
On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and has its own, new bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The house is centrally heated. You can park on the property (2 cars). In the large garage, you can store your bicycles, for example. For your daily shopping, there is a supermarket within walking distance that is open during the season.
