Charming and elegant beachfront house with access to the beach of Ficarazzi, in south Palermo.

The small villa, spread over two floors, boasts large outdoor spaces, one on the street side furnished with table, chairs and barbecue area, and one at the back of the house facing the sea, furnished with dining area, sun loungers and some stairs that give direct access to the beach. The ground floor features the living area, furnished with table, chairs, sofas, and TV, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals, and a bathroom with shower. Some stairs lead to the upper floor, which includes three bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with a queen-size bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in the living area and in one bedroom, and heating with heat pump.
