Charming house with courtyard and large terrace a few minutes from the sea, in Mondello.

The house, featuring large spaces, opens onto the living area: a living room furnished with two sofas, a puff and a television, and the fully-equipped kitchen with oven and everything you need to cook, a dining table and sliding doors leading to the beautiful furnished terrace where guests can enjoy moments of relaxation in the open air. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, complete the layout. At the back of the house there is also another outdoor shower, ideal after returning from the beach.

At guests’ disposal comforts such as free wi-fi, heating and air conditioning and a washing machine.

Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
