The fully equipped professional kitchen includes, in addition to the standard setup, a grill, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a six-burner stove with an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer combination, and a microwave oven.

The group accommodation has seven bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is the first bedroom, which is furnished with three single beds. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each, and the fourth bedroom has three single beds. On the second floor, there are the remaining three bedrooms. The fifth and sixth bedrooms have two single beds each, and the seventh bedroom has four single beds. Finally, there are two more beds on the landing.

On the ground floor, there is a toilet and a shower for wheelchair users, and on the first floor, there are two showers and a toilet. Additionally, there is central heating, a washing machine, and free internet.

At the front of the group accommodation, there is an enclosed garden with a hedge, furnished terrace, and a barbecue. At the back of the house, there is a lawn with a play area that you share with two other accommodations.
