60 to 20 days before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price,
less than 20 days before the start of the trip 80% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or early termination 100% of the rental price. The landlord will then endeavor to rent the property to someone else. If there is a new tenant, a refund can be made.

ein wunderschönes Haus
Es ist alles sehr hell und freundlich, liebevoll eingerichtet, nicht zuviel und nicht zuwenig :). Die Betten sind gut, Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch von guter Qualität. Ich würde 7 Punkte geben, wenn es ginge.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet. Der schöne große Garten ist eine Ruheoase - hier hört man nur die Vögel zwitschern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Ferienhaus Wiedblick aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen! Liebe Familie Reichstein/Schmitt , wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich, daß wir ihre Gäste sein durften.

Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Tage!
Komplett, modern, hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung - es fehlt nichts! Fahrräder zu haben lohnt sich auf Grund der Lage (Hafen, Strand, Einkaufen) zuletzt auch wegen der guten Ausflugsziele. Zb. mit dem Rad nach Kühlungsborn und dann mit der "Mollibahn" nach Bad Boberan und zurück(=Tagestour). Für kühle Herbsttage ist die Haussauna super!
Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, da kann man entspannt mit dem Fahrrad hin.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen!

Und für das E-Auto ist auch gesorgt: Eine CEE-Steckdose in der Garage ermöglichte das Laden mit bis zu 22kW - Adapter und Ladebox mitbringen!

Ein mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus!
Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht. Begeistert haben uns die Terassen mit einem wunderschönen "Weitblick" und die Sauna, die am Abend zum Entspannen einlud.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt im Haus Wiedblick genossen!
