Bergresort Winterberg was completed in autumn 2014 and consists of 28 apartments spread across four buildings. You have four variants to choose from. There is a 4-person apartment (DE-59955-124). These are always on the ground floor and have a small, unfenced garden with terrace. You reach the front door via a stairway that goes down from the entrance to the building. There is also a 4-6 person apartment (DE-59955-125). These are always on the ground floor (see DE-59955-124) or on the first floor. Lastly, there are the 6-8 person apartments with two en suite bathrooms (DE-59955-126). This type is spread across two levels, the second floor being a spacious sleeping loft. The 8-12 pers. apartment consists of two 4-6 pers. apartments, connected by a deviding door. All apartments boast a modern and comfortable interior design and have a combination microwave, a dishwasher, box spring beds and a roomy balcony or terrace with garden furniture. From the balcony you have a view of the vibrant centre of Winterberg, which is a 10-minute walk away. There is nothing but nature directly to the north of the complex.
The apartments at Bergresort Winterberg are situated against a slope. This location means that the apartments can only be reached via a stairway. Because of this, Bergresort Winterberg is not handicapped accessible. One high chair and one child's cot are available as standard for each apartment. Extra children's items can be hired for a fee. The resort has one on-street parking space per apartment. There are also four general spaces at the resort. Additionally, you can also park your car at one of the public car parks. There is a shared ski cellar for winter sport equipment.

Die Unterkunft war top. Neues Haus, große Wohnung, ungünstig war, dass Bett nr. 5&6 die ausziehcouch war. Wegen Corona mussten wir verschieben und die Kommunikation mit den Anbietern war sehr schlecht. Mails wurden nach Wochen beantwortet und telefonisch war ich immer nur in der Warteschleife

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung, schöne Aussicht und viele Zimmer und Badezimmer! Der Kamin funktionierte nicht richtig, wahrscheinlich aufgrund des zu starken Windes während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern und einem Hund! Die Skipisten sind angenehm für Anfänger und Kinder, perfekt für unsere Familien! Das Silvesterfeuerwerk war absolut wunderschön, noch nie haben wir so viele Feuerwerke von unserer eigenen Terrasse aus gesehen! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ankunft war wenig unklar. Nicht wirklich ein Ort, an dem Sie sich anmelden können. Hatte jemand zu nennen.

Der Urlaub war angenehm dank der Luxus-Appartements. Sehr spacious.The einzige negative Punkt war die Rezeption. Mit mehreren Gästen um 15:00 Uhr auf jemand, den wir warteten, die uns könnte sagen, wo wir uns und wir gebucht hatte, die Wohnung mitteilen konnte. Zum Glück gab es ein paar, die Antwort war. Auf einer der Wohnungen, stand nämlich eine Liste Format. Für, dass Sie hatte zunächst eine Treppe und man musste wissen, welche Wohnung. Wenn wir die Informationen für die nächste Gruppe auf den Informationen stellen verließen (von der Straße nicht sofort). Der "Gastgeber" (oder freundlich) sahen wir nur ein paar Stunden später für die Abrechnung. Ein seltsames Empfang als "ein schönes Zuhause.
