We spent the second time our vacation in the Kustpark Texel. It was a good stay overall. Two things very slightly annoying: Booking - it was impossible to get our house one week later WITH dog. Simply not bookable - without dog it was no problem to book. So we had to move one week earlier which allowed us to book the very same house(!) at higher cost(!). Not good. A house is either a „with dog“ place or not.
Second slightly negative topic: basically all the bed sheets had some kind of greyish stains. Not dirt-like, so it was not disgusting. More like something in the cleaning process went wrong. Not a big deal, but for the money spent it should not be the case.

Ein schöner, ruhiger Rückzugsort! Die Aufteilung des Hauses war praktisch, und wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten, Der Eigentümer war freundlich und ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen, Wir genossen unsere Zeit am Pool und die friedliche Umgebung, Es war eine großartige Basis für Tagesausflüge rund um die Insel, Würde definitiv zurückkommen!

De Koog ist immer erstklassig, genau wie ganz Texel lässt das Haus zu wünschen übrig.
Ein früherer Check-in war nur gegen Bezahlung nicht möglich. Gegen 13.30 Uhr gingen wir, um den Schlüssel zu holen, bekamen ihn aber nicht. Haus musste noch überprüft werden. Dies ist unserer Meinung nach sicherlich nicht überprüft worden. Beim Betreten lag der Käse der vorherigen Gäste noch auf dem Käsehobel und die Oberseite war voller Staubflocken. Das ganze Haus für Spinnweben und die Duschrinnen oben und unten waren kaputt und mehrere Lampen waren kaputt. Das fanden wir sehr ärgerlich, also haben wir einen Bericht erstellt, zu dem die Putzfrau sagte: "Ich habe heute Morgen hier selbst geputzt und der Käse war noch nicht drauf". Selbst wenn die Putzfrau weg war, war das Haus nicht sauber und jemand anderes würde kommen. Musste mehrmals an der Rezeption anrufen bevor jemand kam.Unsere Erfahrung war sehr schlecht und auch das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich

Dusche sehr dreckig. Bodentoilette dreckig. Treppe und Handläufe dreckig. Bilder gemacht. Und dann berechnen Sie Reinigungskosten im Voraus. Treppengeländer und Türgriffe selbst gereinigt, aber das ist nicht unsere Vorstellung von Urlaub und alles andere als Coronasicher!!!! Dann wäre unten ein Schlafzimmer, was auch nicht der Fall ist. 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Loft mit Etagenbett im Obergeschoss. Fernseher oben funktioniert nicht
Gutes Haus in einem schönen Park. Alles gut gepflegt. Die Betten sind wunderbar und alle haben dort gut geschlafen. Es ist schade, dass es in dieser Corona-Zeit im Servicepaket kein Stück Seife gab, um Ihre Hände zu waschen.
