Just 2 km from the historic center of Hellevoetsluis and a short 6 km drive to the North Sea beach, this villa is ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful, well-connected retreat. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, and coffee machine to make dining in easy and enjoyable.
Upstairs, you’ll find three bright and flexible bedrooms, each featuring two single box-spring beds that can be arranged as doubles. The modern bathroom includes both a soothing bathtub and a refreshing shower, with a separate toilet located conveniently on the ground floor. Whether you're enjoying a lazy morning or winding down after an adventure, this villa has everything you need to feel right at home—all with the added comfort of central heating for year-round coziness.
Outside, unwind on your private terrace, enjoy a meal al fresco, or sip your morning coffee under the covered porch. Although balconies are currently closed for maintenance, the lush garden and scenic surroundings offer plenty of fresh-air enjoyment. Die Lage des Parks ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe des alten Hafens und der Restaurants. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war sehr gut, 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer, genügend Stauraum, schöner Hauswirtschaftsraum, genügend Wohnraum. Unserer Erfahrung nach sind die Treppen sehr eng und bereiten Schwierigkeiten, wenn man auch nur ein wenig Schwierigkeiten beim Gehen hat. Die Tischstühle waren instabil, wir haben 1 Stuhl zur Seite gestellt. Die Sanitäranlagen waren veraltet und konnten nicht mehr sauber gehalten werden, was aber nicht der Fall war. Das Geländer war schmutzig und von allen Seiten klebrig. Die Küchenzeile hatte nur Licht über dem Herd, die Rückwand und die Senseo-Maschine waren fettig und nicht zu reinigen. schöner großer Kühlschrank. Das Sofa war nicht funktionsfähig.
