The fully air-conditioned ground-floor rooms are located in a house that is over 150 years old, which has been completely renovated and is equipped to a top modern and high-quality standard. A small kitchenette with a coffee capsule machine, dining area, a dreamily cozy box spring bed with two different firmness levels, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, 50' flat-screen TV, room safe, minibar with regional drinks and delicacies, as well as a private entrance with its own seating area on the covered terrace invite you to enjoy a cozy vacation with us.

A small oven and frozen rolls are available for our guests on the terrace. This way, you can enjoy fresh rolls at any time – conveniently and effortlessly.

You can also reach the golf courses in Bad Waltersdorf and Stegersbach within just a few minutes!

The Styrian market town of Burgau is located right on the southern Burgenland border. You can embark on beautiful bike tours directly from the accommodation or start with a hike. In the village, there is a water castle where numerous events take place throughout the year. Right next to the castle, there is an outdoor pool with a natural pond as well as a modern swimming and non-swimming pool.

Of course, we provide the opportunity to securely store and charge your brought bicycles (E-bikes) so you can explore this wonderful area.
