Our spacious family room features a private balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower, and there is a separate toilet. For added comfort, a cozy sofa and a separate room with a 1.20 m wide bed are available – ideal for children or another person.

Our Traninger Guesthouse is located in a quiet, sunny location in the idyllic village of Niederöblarn – right in the middle of the beautiful Schladming-Dachstein holiday region. Surrounded by the impressive backdrop of the Grimming massif, you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy nature to the fullest.

At the Traninger Guesthouse, we offer a family room (4 persons), a double room, and our garden room (2 persons), as well as a breakfast and lounge area, a guest kitchen for your use, and a garden with barbecue facilities.

Whether summer or winter – with us, you will find the perfect blend of relaxation, activity, and genuine Styrian hospitality.

In summer, our Schladming-Dachstein region becomes a paradise for all who love outdoor activities – whether actively sporty or relaxing in nature:

Hiking & Climbing – Over 1,000 kilometers of marked hiking trails await you. Whether leisurely or challenging – there is something for everyone here.

Cycling & Mountain Biking – The Enns Cycle Path runs directly through our valley, and there are many excellent mountain bike trails for sporty riders.

Swimming & Adventure Activities – Natural swimming lakes, the zip line at Stoderzinken, or the adventure park in Gröbming provide variety – ideal also for families with children.

Winter Fun around the Traninger Guesthouse

Our region also has a lot to offer in winter. Whether you are on the slopes or prefer to wander peacefully through the snow – you will find what you are looking for here:

Skiing & Snowboarding – You can reach the 4-Mountain Ski Swing (Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm) in about 25 minutes. Alternatively, the quieter family ski resorts Planneralm and Riesneralm await you.

Cross-Country Skiing & Winter Hiking – You can look forward to a dense network of trails and groomed winter hiking paths – for calm, relaxing hours in the snow.

Ski Touring & Snowshoe Hiking – If you prefer to experience the mountains away from the hustle and bustle, you’ll find many beautiful routes through untouched winter landscapes around our Traninger Guesthouse.
