Villa Bel Panorama, is located in a quiet area outside the center of Portoferraio.
His central position is strategic to reach the northern and the southern coast. The northern one is about 10 minutes by car, with its marvelous white pebble beaches such as Le Ghiaie, La Padulella, Capo Bianco and Sansone but also sandy like La Biodola and Scaglieri; otherwise the south side is reachable in a few minutes by car, where you can find the large sandy beach of Lacona about 1 km long and Margidore of sand mixed with dark gravel.
Close to the villa you can find all the services such as a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops (about 2 km away).

The villa has an independent entrance (reachable by a flight of stairs) and a private parking space.

- 30% of the entire amount from the day of written confirmation of Arg@nautiVacanze until 31 days before the start of the stay
- 50% of the total amount from 31 to 15 days before the start of the stay
- 75% of the total amount from 15 to 10 days before the beginning of the stay
- 100% of the total amount if later. This last penalty is also valid if the Client interrupts the stay already started.
