The luxurious 6-guest villa has a ground floor of 70 m2 and is fully equipped. After a wonderful day in the Texel landscape, you will feel at home in this attractively furnished villa. You enter through the hall of the house, which includes a small bathroom. Then you arrive in the luxurious living room with a cosy fireplace (gas), flat screen TV with digital cable, radio and DVD / CD player. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a grill oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Senseo, toaster, citrus press, hand blender and kettle. Don’t be afraid of cold feet. The entire lower floor is layed with tiled floors with underfloor heating. The tiles also make the villa wheelchair friendly.
The spacious bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with 2 single boxspring beds, flat screen TV and safe deposit box for storing your valuable items. The adjoining bathroom is luxuriously furnished and you can unwind in the whirlpool after a busy day. The bathroom also has a separate shower, complete bathroom furniture and hair dryer.
The storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner is accessible from outside.
Relax in the Finnish sauna
On the top floor, after a busy day on Texel, you can unwind in the 2-person Finnish sauna or you can put on a layer of colour under the tanning bed. In order to fully relax, find your way to one of the two bedrooms which feature 2 single box spring beds and PVC floor coverings. The bedrooms also feature flat-screen TVs. From one of the two bedrooms you can enjoy the Texel landscape from the balcony before you go to sleep. For the little ones, the children’s room has a children’s bed. Please bring linen for this bed. For the other beds, the duvets are provided. However, rent of the linen is required.
The luxurious upstairs bathroom is equipped with a double steam cabin/shower, 2nd toilet, bathroom furniture and hair dryer.

Outside, you can enjoy the villa on one of the two terraces with garden furniture and umbrella. One of the two terraces is located to the south so you can soak up the sun. All villas have the same stylish décor and are equipped with central heating, floor heating on the ground floor and a private Wi-Fi fiber connection (12/10 Mbps), which is free to use. Villas 202 and 208 are pet-free. For the little ones, the Bleekerscoogh villa on Texel is also an excellent choice. The villas all have a high chair, children’s bed and stairwell gate. The park also has a small playground and a trampoline.
Parking is easy – each villa has its own parking space. If you come with more than one car, you can park them at the central car park.
