The beautiful villa consists of two apartments that are rented together.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy in a large modern kitchen with living and dining areas overlooking the pool. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first floor has a separate entrance and guests can enjoy in a large living room connected to a stunning kitchen with dining area and a balcony overlooking the pool.
There are also two cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
Outside near the large house, there is a smaller house with a cozy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In total there are four double bedrooms ( king size bed ), one single bedroom ( two single beds ), two comfortable living rooms (sofa bed) , two impressive kitchens, three terraces and a balcony. From outdoor terrace guests enter the gym which is placed in the basement of the Villa.
The property of 600 m2 is completely fenced and has a beautiful private heated pool 9 x 4.5 m with two hydromassages. There is also a large covered terrace with a large dining table with a large barbecue.
4 private parking spaces, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
