Casa Marchese
The villa consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining room with access to the outdoor terrace. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine on the main floor. On the first floor, reached by an internal spiral staircase, one large double bedroom with sitting area including a private bathroom and access to a large Terrace.
The villa was completely restored in June 2021. It is equipped with an air conditioning system in all the main rooms including the bedrooms.

Es ist mit sehr leisen Klimageräten in jedem Schlafzimmer, sowie im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet.
Über den Fernseher kann man sich in seinen Disney+ oder Netflix Account anmelden.
Der Verwalter des Hauses ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell.
Fußläufig kann man mehrere Restaurants, einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, sowie Cafés erreichen.
Sehr praktisch ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, da es auf der Straße schwierig sein dürfte einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Den angebotenen Strandplatz sollte man dazubuchen, da der direkt daneben liegende freie Strand winzig und gnadenlos überfüllt war.
