Set on an elevated site of 2.5 acres with mature gardens, this elegant, spacious villa nestles into the hillside above Meia Praia beach on the east side of Lagos. A beloved family home for 40 years, this wonderful property is now being made available for rental.
The villa includes a very large living and dining room which opens out into a dining terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Outside there are several terraces affording numerous seating options from small to large tables, comfortable seating and occasional chairs. There is a gas barbecue, and around the pool area are sun loungers and parasols.
The well-equipped kitchen includes 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, a large electric oven and gas top range, and the laundry room has 2 washing machines.
The main house has four good-sized bedrooms, all air conditioned with ocean views and with doors leading out onto a terrace. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be separated into twins, a safe and an en-suite bath with shower over. There are 2 twin rooms with en-suite bath and shower over, one of which has a safe. There is a further twin bedroom which is serviced by a shower room off the hallway. In addition to the 4 principal bedrooms, there is a small single bedroom with air conditioning.
There is an adjoining cottage which can sleep up to 4 people at an additional cost. This has air-conditioning in one bedroom. Both bedrooms are twins served by a shared bathroom and there is a small kitchenette and lounge area overlooking its own private terrace and courtyard.
There is ample parking outside over 2 car parks.
Prices shown are for main house which sleep 9 people in 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom.
Cottage can be reserved for an additional €1,000 per week to sleep up to 4 more guests.
Pool 11m x 5m (optional pool heating €300 per week from May to September).

If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone us on the number shown on our confirmation
as soon as possible.
In the event of a cancellation, we apply the following charges:
- With more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, any deposit made is forfeited
- Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks, 50% of the accommodation cost
- Between 4 weeks and 15 days, 75% of the accommodation cost
- Between 14 days and 1 day, 100% of the accommodation cost
- If we cancel or amend your booking
We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but if a problem did occur, we may have to
make alterations or, very occasionally cancel a booking. If this happened, we will contact you as soon as is
reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking and, if it is necessary to
cancel your booking, we will refund any money you have paid us.
