Villa Fontanelle is a bright holiday home with fenced garden in a private residence on the Ostuni coast, just 150 m from a Blue Flag sandy beach with shallow water, beach bar and restaurant. All on one level, it sleeps up to 5 guests with a triple bedroom, twin bedroom, shower bathroom, living room and equipped kitchen. Outside you have two verandas for eating outdoors, a 100 m² garden with outdoor shower and a rooftop terrace with sea view for sunbathing. Families appreciate the playground 50 m away and the daytime and night-time security service. Markets, bars and fish restaurants are within walking distance, and Ostuni’s white old town is about 8 minutes by car.

emplacement idéal, quartier calme, très proche de la plage, maison vieillissante, besoin d apporter quelques améliorations, mais malgré tout nous avons passé de très agréables vacances
Soggiorno eccellente! L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, comoda per visitare la zona e ben collegata. La fornitura è ottima: tutto il necessario era presente, dalla cucina ben attrezzata alla biancheria pulita e di qualità. Spazi curati, pulizia impeccabile e atmosfera accogliente. Host disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo!
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an die Gastgeber! In der Küche ist alles zum Kochen vorhanden modernes Induktions Kochfeld und Ofen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt einen kleinen Laden in dem alles erhältlich ist was man braucht.

Aufgrund stornierter Flüge, konnten wir Dank der flexiblen und schnellen Reaktion von Vacanze In Puglia, einen schönen Urlaub, zu einem anderen Termin, verbringen.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti presso la struttura. All'arrivo era molto ben pulita. La comunicazione con Vacanza in Puglia è stata molto piacevole e molto proattiva.
Villetta fine schiera quindi solo un lato con vicini, ampio giardino con possibilità di parcheggiare dentro, ventilata, comodissima alla spiaggia locale, comoda per raggiungere le mete più famose in mezz’ora. Luana assistente TOP!
Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön, die Wohnung war sauber und die Gastgeber:innen sehr bemüht und immer gut erreichbar. Auch vor der Anreise waren die Rückmeldungen super hilfreich und während dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele Tipps bekommen.

Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nah am Strand
Wir haben das Haus nach einer Apulienrundreise für eine Woche zum Erholen gebucht.
Es war Vorsaison und daher wenig belebt, was sich aber am 2.6. zum Nationalfeiertag schnell änderte.
Das Haus ist relativ groß, bietet landestypisch eingerichtete Schlaf- und Wohnräume, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Essen ließ es sich wunderbar am großen Tisch auf der Terrasse. Auf dem Grundstück ist auch Platz für den Mietwagen, den man schon haben sollte, um die bekannten Orte der Umgebung (zB Ostuni oder Polignano a Mare) zu besichtigen.
Am bewachten Strand ist man in wenigen Minuten, dort ist auch ein nettes Bistro. Weiter im kleinen Ort gibt es mehrere empfehlenswerte Lokale.
Die Verwalterin hat auf Anruf kleinere Mängel sofort behoben; Verständigung mit ihr ging sehr gut auf Englisch.

Maison idéalement située et conforme à la description ! La grande cour permet de laisser jouer les enfants en toute tranquillité.

This air bnb was lovely. Amazing as so close to the beach. Communication with agency was amazing Luana Was on the other end of the phone for any questions we had.
The only thing about this villa is the location. If you are not planning to hire a car the transport links around here are poor. You will have to use taxi services to get around. Also not many places around to eat on an evening if you don’t want to drive and able to drink. But perfect location to other places in puglia if you have a car !!

Die Unterkunft war super geeignet für 3 Personen, die eine Woche Workation machten. Internet funktionierte einwandfrei selbst bei intensiver Nutzung und Platz zum Arbeiten gab es genug für drei.
Der Strand, Café Bar und Supermarkt waren in 3min erreichbar und der Standort war perfekt für Ausflüge ins Umland.
Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht besonders viel zu entdecken, daher ist ein Auto empfehlenswert.
