Villa Gemma SEA & heated pool for 8/9 pax, emerges gracefully in the sandy coast of Santa Maria Del Focallo - South Eastern Sicily. It offers numerous options for outdoor living, a large exclusive and heated pool, to be enjoyed either in conviviality or in absolute peace.

INTERIORS:
The rooms of Villa Gemma are divided in 2 levels.
From the patio, there is access to a central space dedicated to relax, with 2 sofas L-shape and round poufs around a fireplace. High ceilings, stones and white walls combine to provide a neutral backdrop to the colorful furnishings, which include 2 beautiful high-backed armchairs right at the entrance
From here it flows naturally to the rest of the spaces, to arrive at the fully equipped kitchen with island and a double door refrigerator with freezer. An area with sliding glass walls with a dining table in the center, offers a fabulous view of the garden and the pool, enticing guests to enjoy both the outdoor and indoor spaces. The sand-colored flooring runs throughout the property and extends over the terraces and the 2 relaxing gazebos.
On one side of the living area, two doors open to two separate rooms, each with a hallway, bedroom and dedicated bathroom with shower.
Coming back to the central common area, a wooden staircase with led stage light leads to the 1st floor and to two bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed, each with its own private bathroom with shower. From one of the bedrooms beyond, you proceed towards a large walk-in closet and dressing room and enjoy direct access to the terrace that runs along the front of the house, enjoying a glimpse of the sea and the tall, golden dunes.

THE EXTERIORS:
Villa Gemma is located less than 150 meters away, simply by crossing the coastal road that separates the entrance gate from the sea in front of a beach. You can access this free beach of fine sand, Blue Flag sea since 2011.
Entering the villa instead, you are spoiled for choice when it comes to spending time outdoors. We start from the long shaded terrace that runs along a facade of the property, accessible from the living and dining area with ample space for large banquets and / or relaxation. Leaving this covered veranda, you move towards the pool area and then an enchanting relaxation area, with a couple of gazebo areas, one for relaxing and one for dining, with white perimeter curtains and surrounded by a green lawn.
At the center of the external environment we find a beautiful and large (5mx11m) heated swimming pool even for the mild Sicilian winters, which has a shallow side up to 1.20m for those who simply want to relax and a depth of up to 2.30m in the trampoline area. . The pool area also has 2 beautiful outdoor showers, a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom belonging to the pool with a comfortable shower box.
Looking beyond the pool, there is the barbecue area, served by a bar-kitchen. It is the perfect place for an aperitif or a digestive and for long dinners accompanied and illuminated by the moon and a starry sky.
Finally, but certainly not least, an all-glass outbuilding that offers a beautiful professional kitchen, with chef's burners, plates and pizza oven, central table and chairs to be able to enjoy the pizzas you have prepared in full osmosis with the pool area. .
Large shaded terraces and gazebos and attractive interiors make Villa Gemma a perfect beach holiday home for all seasons.
