The house is authentically and stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences. The house features a stylishly furnished living room with lots of windows, high ceilings, a loft and a fireplace. The open kitchen has a cosy dining area with corner bench and is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer and toaster. The seating area is equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi is available. Next to the seating area are the French doors to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy the view. Stairs lead down to the spacious and child-friendly garden below. The house has three bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Should you bring children with you, a cot and a highchair are available. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine. There is another separate toilet. The holiday home has several parking spaces available on its own grounds. There is also a bicycle shed and an area where you can store your skis. Niedersfeld is a village in the municipality of Winterberg. It is known for its beautiful, varied mountain landscape with forests and valleys. Grab a bike to take on the challenging mountain bike trails, walk straight to the Hillebachsee where you can water ski, wakeboard, swim, play table tennis, volleyball and much more. Or go hiking on the beautiful Hochheide, which turns beautifully pink-purple in late summer. In winter, it is a walhalla for anyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, tobogganing, skiing in Niedersfeld or the snow-sure Winterberg (10 minutes' drive).
