Ground Floor:
The ground floor consists of a large main room with open plan fitted kitchen leading onto a living room with fireplace, a beautiful master bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), and two further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and another bathroom (shower and toilet). A small additional room serves as a laundry room and offers you the possibility to store your groceries.
First floor:
You reach the first floor via a spiral staircase. There is a mezzanine furnished with a small desk and a TV corner, as well as a sofa bed (90 cm). Further to the left is a large attic room with 4 beds (90 cm) that can be put together. There is also a small toilet corner with washbasin.
This house is best suited for 6 adults and up to 4 children for optimal comfort.
Garden and terrain
A large shady garden with an unobstructed view of the Luberon and the Mourre nègre awaits you, as well as a lovely terrace next to the summer kitchen with barbecue (wood and coal), pizza oven and a large table for 10 people. The infinity pool (4.2x9m, 1.8 depth) is surrounded by a 15 m2 terrace.
Below the house you have access to a parking space for 3 cars (one of them protected by a canopy), accessible from the street.
