This historic house is located on a 3.5 hectare park-like property on a hill with panoramic views of the entire surrounding area. The 75 sqm infinity pool is heated and the water is cleaned with salt (= not chlorine). Numerous terraces and seating areas in the grounds offer functional spaces to socialise or just get away from everything. An outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue and a sheltered table for numerous guests provide the perfect location for enjoying culinary delights out in the open. A bocce court is available, which is lit up in the evening. An area under the olive trees, surrounded by old walls, is often used for yoga, meditation and artistic endeavours. The tasteful furnishings of the building, which combine components from both Trulli and Lamie, synthesise both local and modern elements. Each of the four separate living and sleeping areas has an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen or a fully-equipped kitchenette.
