Villa Sanivaro with heated pool and whirlpool a Svetvinčenat, Istria

Vila SANIVARO is located in small istrian village Boškari, in municipality of Svetvinčenat.
This is a luxury house built in 2019., furnished with love, enthusiasm with care about the details, which brings feel of home to her guests. Location of this villa is at the end of the village, in a quite and untouched part of the nature at the beginning of beautiful oak forest. This villa ensures unrepeatable experience of peace and privacy away from everyday busy way of life. Spectacular night view on the sky full of stars, away of everyday noise and light pollution is another „small“ thing that enriches romantic moments of your stay.
Interior of the villa offers luxury and spacious living room with modern big kitchen and dining place, which is fulfilled by daily light coming through big balcony door. From the daily part of the house there's a view to the pool and sun terrace which allows to the parents to watch their little ones while enjoying in it. Villa has 4 comfort and fully A/C rooms at the same level as other part of the house. Rooms are equipped with double beds, and in case of need, the bed can be divided in two rooms. On request there is a kinder bed too. Wi-fi is available in the whole house.
The whole living space is situated on the same level, and is adapted to movement of disabled persons in wheel chair. From outside, the house is accesible by ramp for disabled persons that leads from the parking in front of the house.
Villa offers optimal accommodation for 8 persons (optionally 10) with 230 m2 closed space and 60 m2 of summer kitchen in which dominates big BBQ and modern big table where your internal chef can prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Uninterruped space is going on with the big covered terrace, on which is placed outside sitting area for chill out, relax, coffee or cocktail. Villa is also equipped with whirlpool which can take up to 5 persons. A big heated pool (40m2) is disponible from May to end of October on guest request and water temperature depends on weather conditions. there is an additional cost for the pool heating outside of June - August period. Pool is surrounded with numerous lounges which offers relaxation for the whole family. At the end of pool zone there is a relax zone, where you can enjoy in peace and quiet, by laying in the swing listening to the birds singing.
Villa is situated on 2400 m2 land, completely surrounded with the fence, adapted for individual stays, stays of families with children or stays for disabled persons, and digital nomad stays.
