Pros: nice location, very friendly cleaning person, clean pool
Cons: 15 years ago this may have been a nice house. It has since been degrading. Equipped with the cheapest possible furniture, appliances, cutlery & dishes that anyone could find. The doors are hard to move. Exterior metal is rusting through the white color. The wooden decks around house and pool are breaking and grass is growing through. The volley ball court is overgrown. All surfaces - walls, desks, handles - are dirty from years of use.
