Luxurious holiday house 5 stars Sunny Garden is situated in Barbat, island Rab. House is in a great location just 200 m from pebble beaches. Total Size of the house is 106 m2 with two separated entrances. The sky roof house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, large 40 m2 pool, terrace, 2 parking places(one covered and one uncovered). All rooms with ambient lights. Air condition and wifi available in all rooms. House has a partial sea view. Living room size is 18 m2. Sofa with 2 extra beds dimensions 80 x 200 cm, fireplace, smart tv with cable channels, Sonos play 3 audio speakers, play station 4, ambient lights. Outdoor pool size 41 m2 (3,5 x 8,5 x 6 m), depth 1,5 m with salt filtered water. Pool system Without chlorine filtration!

Wenn es 6 Sterne geben würde dann hätte es dieses Haus sicher verdient ! Genau so wie auf den Bildern , keine Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft , das Haus zu 100% ausgestattet , die Eigentümer super freundlich und geben gute Tipps . egal ob man am Pool entspannen möchte oder einen Grillabend plant , das Meer unweit der Unterkunft genießen möchte oder auf Tour zur nahe gelegenen Altstadt vor hat …. Das Haus ist in allen Belangen hervorragend ! ?

We were very warmly welcomed by the friendly landlords Maja and Marco and felt at home from the start. Instead of referring to the normally delivered information folder, Maja and Marco gave us all tips for the best beaches, supermarkets and restaurants personally.
The house is large, modernly furnished and fully equipped with everything you need on holiday as a self-caterer, from sharp kitchen knives to the barbecue on the terrace to the washing machine, everything is available. In case something is missing (which was not the case for us), Maja and Marco are always available to assist.
We especially enjoyed the shaded terrace, the pool and the short walk to the sea and the waterfront.
A most beautiful house in a nice neighbourhood.

Wir haben zwei erholsame Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen, sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ca. 250 m vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren als Familie 2 Kinder, dieses Jahr im Juli zwei Wochen vor Ort.
Dieses Haus ist sehr modern , sauber eingerichtet ? Die Bilder im Netz treffen super zu, perfekt ?Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Ferienhaus braucht. Küche mit vielen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör eingerichtet ( Thermomix fehlt ?) das war das einzige was fehlt ( jammern auf hohem Niveau).
Als wir ankamen waren viele Sachen vor Ort wie Kaffeepulver, Zucker, Waschmittel usw. musste man nicht sofort einkaufen. Das Haus mit dem super schönen gepflegten Garten und tollen Pool liegt nur 3 min. zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt, kleine Liegeflächen aber sehr schön ? es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit ??? wenn wir wieder in RAB Urlaub machen, sofort wieder dieses Traumhaus??? Kommt sehr einfach mit dem Taxiboot oder Taxi in die Stadt RAB.

Maja was really helpful with restaurant- tips. 5 of 5 points and 1 Point extra for the lovely Owner!
