The property, equipped with all comforts and absolute privacy, is surrounded by a large garden of about 2000 square meters, cared for with Mediterranean plants and large green spaces. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful porch equipped with dining area and relaxation area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade of the summer heat.
The property is on two levels. The mezzanine floor is dedicated in part to the living area with a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals during the stay, a dining area and a large and cozy living area, tastefully furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. On the floor there are four double bedrooms equipped with all the main comforts and where the charm of rustic details blends with the elegance of contemporary design. Two bathrooms with shower complete the mezzanine floor.
The basement is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a quadruple room with double bed and sofa bed. There are two bathrooms on the floor with shower, without direct light.
The Villa, with private entrance and reserved parking spaces, has a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and umbrella for moments of pure relaxation and fun, an outdoor shower, a functional built-in barbecue area perfect for organizing barbecues and outdoor dinners. All rooms are air conditioned/heated, except the kitchenette, the living area and in the basement rooms which offer a natural shelter from the summer heat, thanks to their pleasant freshness, making air conditioning superfluous.

Der erste Eindruck war echt gut! Die Villa ist an sich auch wirklich top!!! Highlights waren der Pool, die ruhige und abgelegene Lage mit wirklich schöner Aussicht und der Garten mit Schildkröten und einer sehr lieben Katze! So sollte es auch bleiben. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Willkommens-getränke, sehr nette Geste! Wirklich erfreulich war auch das schnelle Internet. Die Zimmer waren solide und eher unvorteilhaft ausgerichtet. Nicht wirklich schlimm._x000D_
Uns fehlten eher größere Tassen / Gläser und Eierbecher. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es gefallen!
