Villa Alice is located near Montecosaro, in the province of Macerata, in the beautiful Marche region.
The beautiful beaches of Civitanova Marche are only 15 minutes away by car. The coastline of Civitanova is divided by the marina: to the north there are long sandy beaches with shallow waters, while to the south there are sand and pebble beaches with deeper waters. Here you can find both relaxation and fun, strolling among palm trees and cycle paths and enjoying typical dishes in the many clubs, bars, restaurants and shops.
A short distance away, the seaside resorts of Porto Sant'Elpidio and Porto San Giorgio, with their long sandy beaches and many restaurants, offer a pleasant alternative to nearby Civitanova. In addition, about 30 minutes by car you can discover the breathtaking views and spectacular beaches of the famous Riviera del Conero. Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo are charming seaside resorts with crystal-clear waters, surrounded by the greenery of a protected natural area.
In the surrounding area you will find charming historic villages such as Montegranaro, Monte San Giusto, Morrovalle, Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Corridonia and Montelupone, where you can stop to admire the splendid views that stretch from the mountains to the coast. A stroll through their small squares, museums and bell towers will reveal the true essence of these places, rich in history and tradition.
Not far away are places of great cultural interest such as Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi, Loreto with the Basilica of the Holy House and Osimo, famous for its underground caves. Macerata, Tolentino and Fermo are also within easy reach.
Lovers of walking and trekking will find paths in the green of the Monti Sibillini National Park, the Regional Nature Reserve of Mount San Vicino and Mount Canfaito, and the spectacular scenery of Lake Fiastra.
While exploring this area, you will also have the opportunity to visit wineries to taste local wines, such as Rosso Piceno DOC and Colli Maceratesi DOC, and to shop in the numerous factory outlets of prestigious footwear, leather goods and clothing brands.

The large garden surrounding the villa is spread over two levels, connected by a stone path, and offers guests a well-kept and pleasant green setting, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The path leads to the area that houses the beautiful swimming pool.
The salt-purified pool has an area with hydro-massage seats and is equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, providing a cosy and private corner of pure relaxation. This is the perfect place to spend hot summer days and enjoy the sun in the tranquillity of nature.
On the upper level of the garden stands the villa, with a patio furnished with comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif and admiring the sunset over the Sibillini Mountains on clear evenings. A gazebo equipped with a table and chairs is located nearby and provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining, offering stunning views of the pool and the surrounding hills. There is also a gas barbecue for organising enjoyable outdoor dinners.
In the part of the garden behind the house, children can play football and volleyball and have fun together in the open air. There is also a table tennis table and a trampoline for additional entertainment.
The property is completely fenced off and accessed by an automatic gate. There is also a private car parking area with a charging station for electric vehicles.
Adjacent to the villa there is the family house.

Villa Alice is a beautiful property that can accommodate up to 9 people.
This elegant, newly built villa combines modernity and comfort, thanks to the wooden furnishings and exposed beams that blend harmoniously with the designer furniture. The spacious and bright rooms are enriched by warm tones in the walls and furnishings, inspired by the colours of nature, creating a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
The villa is arranged over two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a spacious and bright living room/kitchen with sofas, TV and dining table, with large French windows offering wonderful views of the garden and direct access to the outdoor dining area in the adjacent gazebo;
- a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee machine;
- a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 100,00; heating consumption; cost for charging electric vehicles via the charging station (on consumption with prices in effect at the time of the stay); extra cleaning; extra linen change. Pets are not allowed.
