A sanctuary of privacy, Villa Terra features beautifully landscaped forest and vineyard views with private terraces and a garden set swimming pool. It is the ideal choice for a restful vacation or a fun-filled holiday.
The villa is set on a 2000m² plot, with wildflowers surrounding the pool terrace and garden and boasting forest views. This American Art Deco style villa with beamed ceilings sleeps 12 people.
The open plan, fully equipped modern Chef’s kitchen with all conveniences makes cooking in the villa a joyful experience.
The large living and dining area both have signature furnishings, unique to Villa Terra. These open on to the Chef’s kitchen and dining terrace, which boast views of the pool, forest and vineyard.
All rooms on the first floor access the large veranda that overlooks the vineyard and surrounding forest. Enjoy the views from its large hot tub.
For outdoor dining, the traditional Istrian covered terrace beside the pool, with its wood-burning stove, offer an ideal dining arrangement for up to 12 people.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom 1, the villa’s master bedroom, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace and its hot tub. The terrace is also accessible from the hallway.
Bedroom 2, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Its terrace has sun loungers.
Bedroom 3, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4, located on the main floor, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 5, located on the main floor, has an Euro king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Living room, located on the ground floor, has a sofa bed for two adults.
EACH BEDROOM'S EUROPEAN SUPER KING SIZE BED IS SEPARABLE INTO TWO EUROPEAN TWIN BEDS, TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR GROUP.

Covered terraces from each first-floor room provide pool access.
The Villa check-in varies; in the A season (05.06.2021.-10.09.2021.)the villa check-in is always on a Saturday; there's a minimum stay of 7 nights, and longer stay must be booked in week-long periods. In the B and C season; there's a minimum stay of 2 nights.

3.3. When using the ISTRIA NUOVA Online Payment System, your Booking is split into two portions – an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the agreed accommodation price is required at the reservation, after which the reservation is confirmed, the contract with ISTRIA NUOVA is concluded and these General conditions, which make a constituent part of the villa rental contract are accepted. After the completion of the reservation process and payment, ISTRIA NUOVA shall send a written reservation confirmation by email, which contains all the necessary information about the accommodation, and along with these General conditions it represents a Rental contract concluded with ISTRIA NUOVA. The rental contract is considered concluded at the moment when ISTRIA NUOVA receives the paid advance amount. In case that the payment is not made on the same day from the reservation day, the Rental contract is deemed terminated, and ISTRIA NUOVA is authorized to conclude a new Rental contract with another guest, without special notice to the guest. The remaining balance of 70% must be transferred 30 days before the check-in date.
