A newly renovated stone house with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, is set in the peaceful hinterland of Makarska, in the charming village of Rascane. Surrounded by pristine nature and the impressive Biokovo Mountain, the villa offers a serene atmosphere ideal for a relaxing getaway.
Indulge your senses while sunbathing on the stone terrace or unwinding in the jacuzzi, embraced by Mediterranean scents and panoramic views. This historic holiday home also features an authentic taverna with a rustic wooden table—perfect for true gourmets and long evenings spent with family and friends.
Outside guest may enjoy alfresco dining under pergola (covered terrace) and grill their favorite dishes on the barbecue grill, while others swim in the heated pool (36 m²). Children’s pool is 6.25 m²large and 50 cm tief. The outdoor area also offers sun loungers and plenty of space for entertainment.
Inside, the villa’s modern-rural design creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The ground floor includes a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. A gallery above the living room provides a sleeping area for two, while one floor below, you’ll find another bedroom, bathroom, and the charming taverna, designed for long, convivial gatherings.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

We had a great time there

Great place, great vacation
Outside there are two pools, one big and one small, lots of sunbeds and big wood grill which we used every day. There is also a garden with tomato's so everyday we had fresh vegetables.
Neighborhood is very quiet. For the first two days there was one car passing by the house. I was afraid that there will be a noise from the highway but you can't hear anything.
The owner Stipe is very nice and helpful.
