As you enter through the main door, you are welcomed by a beautiful, open-plan living room and kitchen with double-height ceilings. Large sliding doors open up to the terrace and pool area.
The seating area is equipped with large and comfortable corner sofas, from which you have a good view of the wall-mounted flat-screen digital TV (including English channels via Sky TV).
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an American-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, as well as a professional double oven with an induction hob.
On the ground floor, there is a utility room, a separate toilet (wheelchair accessible), and three bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed that can be separated into two single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the large terrace that surrounds the house. Two of the ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The sauna with a shower is also located on the ground floor.
The staircase (beautifully lit at night) leads upstairs to two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, each with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds.
All five bedrooms have high-quality bedding, ample storage space, a large mirror, and a hairdryer.
The south-facing terrace with a heated 9x4 saltwater pool is equipped with luxury sun loungers, two comfortable garden sofas, a hammock for two, and two outdoor dining tables. Behind the terrace, you will find relaxing spots on the lawn with views into the forest.
A hot tub for six people and a large stainless steel grill (plancha) are located on the west terrace.

Sport & Beach Urlaub mit Stil
Die Kids waren jeden Tag surfen (Strand nur 5 minuten vom Haus) und meine Frau und ich haben viel Golf und Tennis gespielt (sehr schöner Golfplatz!)
Das neu gebaute Fitnessstudio wurde gerne benutzt aber vor allem die Sauna und der Whirpool waren im abendlichen Dauereinsatz.
Phil der Hausmanager hat uns auch einen Privatkoch für unseren Hochzeitstag organisiert und den Kinden einen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen.
Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer.
