Charming and spacious villa with a private pool located in the Apulian countryside near the beautiful town of Ostuni.

The property has wonderful exterior spaces tastefully furnished, making it the ideal choice for enjoying a stay of privacy and relaxation. Before entering the interior, there is a lounge area with sofas and coffee tables, and a patio with a dining table, perfect for spending time in conviviality. The private pool is equipped with sunbeds and surrounded by olive trees. Inside, the villa has a large living area with two double sofa beds, a TV, a dining room with a table, and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and an espresso machine.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first equipped with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second with a French-size bed. Two additional bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout.

Air conditioning, washing machine, iron, heat pump heating, and wi-fi will be available in the villa.

Guests will benefit from three outdoor parking slots inside the property.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its blindingly white, immense historic center culminates in the Cathedral (600 meters from the apartment) that soars over the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside stretches into the heart of the Itria Valley. A few kilometers away is Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and enogastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnatia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic center and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westward there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
