The complex consists of three traditional stone houses. Two of them are spacious loft-style houses that can accommodate up to 10 guests in total, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with sofa beds, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The third, smaller stone house is designed as a barbecue area and private gym, perfect for relaxation and recreation.
The outdoor area is a true highlight. Beside the swimming pool, guests can enjoy a large sunbathing plateau, jacuzzi, and outdoor shower, as well as an elevated terrace with a lounge and dining area. Additional amenities include a large private parking area and a children’s playground.
When you rent Villa Vito, the entire property is exclusively yours—nothing is shared with other guests. All amenities mentioned are fully included in the price.

Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses:
Cancellation:
A) The cancellation made from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
(2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in writen form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Außenanlage mit beheizten Pool auf einer Ebene mit genügend Sonnenliegen und Schirmen.
Dazu auf einer erhöhten Ebene noch ein schöner Whirlpool mit Chillout Sofas und einem Tisch mit Stühlen zum Essen oder mobilen Arbeiten.
Uns allen hat es gut gefallen und wir hoffen, dass wir bald Euch im traumhaften Dalmatien besuchen kommen. Schon einmalig, dass man Meer mit traumhaften Stränden und die Berge mit viel Grün und frischer Luft sowie Ruhe in direkter Umgebung hat.

Beautiful serene villa
The accommodation- lovely kitchen and lounge, the only thing is the room and shower in 1 is very small, so we used the pool shower which was amazing, so not a problem. There is 1 central air con unit, so can get warm. Plenty to explore locally, rivers walks, towns, (Makarska beach VERY busy, so head to the old town and harbour), inland villages. We had a BBq cooked by Nina's parents- this was fantastic, and lovely couple. Nina was really great and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend if you like quiet, open space, no crowds, relaxation.
